You can pay through a secure credit card connection through the instaproofs site.
If you do not feel comfortable doing so, you may send me a check or pay through PayPal.
E-mail me if you need to do either of those. Ordering online is always much faster.How does the show special work?
Easy – If you order your show photos within one week of the show, you will receive duplicates* for
Free. You do not have to do anything special. If you order (2) 8 x 10’s, I will know to give you
(4) 8 x 10’s. *Please note that this special is up to an 8 x 10 size only. Nothing bigger.How do I order a memory stick of photos?
On the proofing page you go to one of your photos and you order the “memory stick”. From there I can
find all of your photos and put them on a memory stick for you. You can also e-mail me the image
numbers if you’d like.Do you edit the photos at all?
Yes – every photo that ordered will be color corrected and sharpened before sent out to the lab.How long does it take before I receive my order?
It can take anywhere between 2-3 weeks to receive them – often sooner.How long are the photos online for?
Galleries are online for 180 days. I will send out reminders as to when the gallery will expire. I
will still have the photos but they will not be online anymore. You must contact me to put the
gallery back online.Do you do any kind of re touching?
Yes – I do a limited amount for free. Examples are: hair out of place, getting rid of a lead line,
or getting rid of a stain on a grey horse.How do I schedule a farm call or barn buddy session with you?
Just e-mail me or call me! We can work out a date and time for me to come to the farm.I want to book you for next year’s show. How do I do that?
